Give each guest the conversations they came for.
You design the room. Planta helps you connect it thoroughly.
Making the room deliver for everyone is hard.
They get a list and little else: another app, the same forms, strangers to reach out to cold. In the room they talk to whoever’s nearby and leave with chats that fade within a week. Next edition, back to zero. The person they needed was there. They never found them.

Planta gives you the thoroughness and scale to connect the right people with context, on a living network that lasts between editions.
The right people are already in the room.
A live look at how Planta turns a room into real connections.
A room you can view and steer.
Planta helps you prepare the room, see where you’re needed, make the introductions only you can make, and step in when something stalls. It tracks what happened in the room, and the real outcomes beyond it.

Where a word from you unlocks the room.
A network underneath every conversation, every signal, every outcome.
What happened in the room doesn’t stay in the room. This is Planta: the living network beneath it, where your community stays active between editions, and each one compounds over the ones before it.

“Simple, and it worked. Most leaders at our LatAm Tech Forum onboarded.”

It works wherever you gather.

We’re co-designing Planta with 50 Founding Hosts.
For the hosts who care about who gets into the room, the experience each guest gets, and what the gathering leaves behind. Who treat every edition as a chapter of a community they’re building. Who are open to learning, and to designing a new connection experience. If that’s you, we want to build it together.
Not for hosts who treat events as a lead machine, or for rooms that are just a stage.
Worth asking.
How is this different from a WhatsApp group, an event app, or doing it by hand?
Groups go silent after the event. Event apps are another download nobody opens, a shallow directory with VIPs nowhere in sight. Doing it by hand doesn’t scale — you can only hold so many threads in your head. Planta gives every participant their own agent doing that work, and gives you the one view that ties it together.
What if guests don’t engage?
That’s our job to solve, not yours. The agent asks for almost nothing: a one-line reply, even a single “yes,” moves things forward. It reaches out weeks ahead, when there’s time and curiosity, and only proposes someone once there’s a real reason. At LatAm Tech Forum, 88% of those who replied made a connection.
What about my brand?
Your brand is everywhere it should be: invitations, badges, sessions, event pages. Porter always reaches out in your name, but Porter belongs to the participant. If Porter wore your logo, people would guard what they say, and the honesty that makes the whole thing work would break down.
How does Planta keep out bad actors and noise?
Four layers. The host curates the participant list. Every introduction needs both people to say yes. Participants tell their agent what they’re not up for, and the agent learns from what lands and what doesn’t, so takers and bad fits quietly disappear. And the host can always step in to watch the room, flag what feels off, mute or limit anyone. The room stays theirs.
Has this been tested?
Yes — 20+ events, 2,000+ participants. Clients include LatAm Tech Forum (Riverwood Capital), Endeavor Argentina, and ITBA. 88% of LTF participants who responded reported a connection facilitated via Planta.
What does the partnership involve?
It’s a two-way thing. You bring two things: a participant list and a real partner on your team. The list is the easy part. The partner is the work: someone who knows your event cold, helps shape how the agent shows up, and rallies your community. We bring the software and the design partnership, on us, one event at a time.
